Construction & Working of Axial Air Flow Fans:
The axial air flow fan tube is constructed of heavy duty welded steel from M.S, Stainless Steel, or can be customized as per client's requirement.
Flange ring are made by Flats, Angles. Axial flow fans impeller are properly balanced before assembly. The blades are made of special aluminum alloy casting, running in a strong cylindrical casing to provide uniform airflow and maximum efficiency with minimum power consumption. The pitch angle of impeller of axial air flow fans can be adjusted to match with required capacity which generates maximum and best efficiency.

Available in 2 types: Blades mounted on hub (adjustable) and single piece (non-adjustable). Hub mounted aluminum casting impeller has adjustable blades which make it possible to be customized (reduced spare requirements). Design of Impellers for Tune axial Air Flow fans are simple and Airfoil type.
